Reporting a problem
Email us with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot. Please don't include clients' SINs or full account numbers in email.
Adding an assistant
Go to Settings › Assistants and send an invitation. Assistants work inside your account, with their own log-in. Each assistant is a $25/month add-on.

Your data is yours. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for how it's protected and what happens if you leave.
For clients
Where's my portal?
Your portal link comes from your mortgage broker, by email or text. It's private to you, so there's no password to remember. Older links that start with crm.mortgagemom.ca still work. If you can't find yours, ask your broker to send it again.
Is it safe to upload my documents?
Yes. Uploads travel over an encrypted connection and go only to your broker's private account. Only your broker and their team can see them.
