Questions

Is the price per broker?

Yes. Each broker has their own account and their own private database. Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.

Can my assistant use my account?

Yes. Add them for $25/month each and they get their own log-in to your account. Please don't share your own log-in. Separate log-ins keep a clear record of who changed what.

Can I start on Basic and upgrade later?

Yes. Your Apps, clients and documents stay exactly where they are. Premium just switches on the extra features.

Do I need Velocity?

The Velocity connection is what brings your applications in automatically, and it's the heart of Basic. You can still add Apps by hand.

Who owns my data?

You do. If you ever leave, you'll get a full copy of your files and documents before your account is closed.

Which provinces are covered?

Compliance documents are built for British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia, with BCFSA forms included for BC brokers.
